Orlando, FL (Sports Network) - Utah Jazz starting point guard Mo Williams will be sidelined indefinitely after an MRI showed damage to his right thumb.

Williams suffered the injury in Saturday's loss to the Heat and will be revaluated when the team travels back to Salt Lake City following Sunday's game against the Orlando Magic.

Jamaal Tinsley started on Sunday in place of Williams, who was averaging 12.9 points and 6.7 assists over his first 24 games of the season.
