Goodyear, AZ (Sports Network) - Carlos Santana smacked a solo home run in the sixth inning as the Cleveland Indians held off a ninth-inning rally from the Dodgers to take a 4-3 decision in spring training action on Monday.

Lonnie Chisenhall added a two-run single in the eighth, while Jason Donald and Lou Marson each scored a run to help starter Jeanmar Gomez earn the victory after pitching four scoreless innings of one-hit ball.

Justin Sellers had three hits, an RBI and a run scored for the Dodgers, who saw Clayton Kershaw go 5 1/3 innings, allowing one run on three hits and two walks while striking out five in the start.
