WICHITA (FoxKansas.com) -- Police were searching Tuesday for two men who held up a south Wichita credit union at gunpoint, authorities said.
The incident occurred Monday evening shortly before 6 pm at the Credit Union of America branch, located in the 5000 block of S. Broadway, police said. No injuries were reported but he suspects demanded money from bank workers.
According to published reports, the suspects carried a homemade gun. The pair left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money. Authorities said the men wore white masks and black clothing.
Anyone with information was asked to call Wichita police.
